Nile Rodgers has teased an unreleased Adam Lambert and Avicii collaboration.
The guitarist took to Twitter to reveal he has been chatting to the singer about the unheard track, after the three musicians teamed up to create 'Lay Me Down' for Swedish DJ Avicii's debut album 'True', which was released last year.
The Chic man wrote: "Just had a great chat with @AdamLambert in Sweden about one of the awesome unreleased songs we wrote w @AVICII - Yeah! (sic)"
Fans were quick to respond, with one follower tweeting: "If it's released, we'll be waiting!", while another joked, "My god, Nile. Do you ever stop working for a moment? (sic)"
Meanwhile, the 61-year-old musician, who has had recent success collaborating with Daft Punk, recently found a collection of lost material that disco group Chic recorded nearly 30 years ago.
He said "I'm doing a new Chic album now. When I was working on my solo album and David Bowie's solo album back in 1883, I was cutting demos with my old band.
"I like to affectionately call it the 'Lost Chic Tapes' because they just disappeared until recently. I've already written hooks to five of the songs. They're so amazing."

Iggy Pop has paid tribute to The Stooges' drummer Scott Asheton, who died on Saturday (15.03.14).
Scott - who retired from the band temporarily in 2011 after a stroke, but returned for their 2013 album 'Ready to Die' - died aged 64 due to an unspecified illness.
Scott formed The Stooges in 1967 with his older brother, guitarist Ron, who passed away in 2009, bassist Dave Alexander and Iggy, real name Jim Osterberg.
In a statement, Iggy said: "Scott was a great artist. I have never heard anyone play the drums with more meaning than Scott Asheton.
"He was like my brother. He and Ron have left a huge legacy to the world. The Ashetons have always been and continue to be a second family to me. My thoughts are with his sister Kathy, his wife Liz and his daughter Leanna, who was the light of his life."
The band's groundbreaking self-titled 1969 debut album was followed by 'Fun House' a year later and 1973's 'Raw Power', before the band split in 1974.
Scott went on to play in Sonic's Rendezvous Band, the Scott Morgan Band and Dark Carnival, before The Stooges reunited in 2003 and the line-up has included a number of contributing musicians over the years.
In 2010, Iggy and the Stooges entered the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and Scott was present at the induction ceremony.

Kylie Minogue has announced a new European tour.
The 45-year-old singer's 31-date run of shows will open in the UK in September, and will see her visit 15 countries in support of her new album 'Kiss Me Once', which is released today (17.03.14).
Kylie will play 12 dates in the UK and Ireland, beginning in Liverpool on September 24, then calling to Manchester, two dates at London's The O2, Cardiff, Nottingham, Birmingham, Dublin, Belfast, Newcastle, Glasgow and ending in Sheffield on November 13.
Meanwhile, the 'Into the Blue' singer will perform an intimate London show tomorrow (18.03.14) night.
The gig will take place at Bloomsbury Ballroom in front of 300 MasterCard holders who were lucky enough to win tickets in an online ballot at pricelesslondon.co.uk.
She said: "I love performing in the UK and can't wait to get on stage in front of such an intimate crowd. Having the opportunity to get up close and personal with my fans is Priceless - I'm looking forward to sharing the music from my brand new album - and a fun night with my fans!"
The show is part of MasterCard's Priceless Gigs series which bring music fans closer to their idols. Artists taking part this year include British singing sensation Laura Mvula and Pharrell Williams.

Harry Styles is collaborating with Kodaline.
The One Direction hunk was impressed with the Irish band - made up of Steve Garrigan, Jason Boland, Vincent May and Mark Prendergrast - after he saw them play live and decided he wanted to work with them while on a break from touring with his band.
Mark told The Sun newspaper: "He came along to one of our gigs, then showed up at another in LA.
"We ended up going into the studio - I can't remember who suggested it but it worked out well."
The 'High Hopes' band were impressed with Harry's attitude and insist the heartthrob - who was catapulted to the spotlight alongside Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne following their success on UK's 'X Factor' - is "just normal" and doesn't act like an egotistical superstar.
Mark added: "He's a nice lad, just normal. There was no big entourage or airs or graces or any of that, he really just wanted to make some music."
The curly-haired hunk, 20, also teamed up with John Legend recently, to pen a track for US 'X Factor' duo Alex and Sierra and is said to have been interested in writing for 5 Seconds Of Summer and girl band Neon Jungle.

Miley Cyrus and Flaming Lips are recording a Beatles cover.
The 'Adore' hitmaker and the US rock band have announced they have teamed up in the studio and are in the process of creating their own version of the 1967 hit 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds'.
Frontman Wayne Coyne took to Instagram yesterday (16.03.14) to announce the collaboration.
He posted a picture of Miley, 21, in the studio, accompanied with the caption: "Miley in the studio vomiting diamonds while singing Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds!! If you're a Beatles and John Lennon freak you gonna love love love this track!! Got Andrew from MGMT too!!!! (sic)".
Wayne, 53, hinted at a possible collaboration last Friday (14.03.14) when he posted a picture of Miley rolling a cigarette, but he failed to divulge too much information.
He wrote: "Recording with Miley... High as f**k..."
This isn't the first time the duo have teamed up as Wayne has joined Miley on stage on a number of occasions recently during her 'Bangerz' world tour.
'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds', which was written by John Lennon and Sir Paul McCartney, featured on the Beatles 1967 best-selling album 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'.
The track was always believed to be about drugs, but John insisted it was inspired by a drawing etched by his son Julian when he was at nursery school.
However, in 2004, Sir Paul confirmed the song is about LSD.

Embrace think the music industry needs Lily Allen.
The band's frontman Danny McNamara - who is joined in the group by his brother Richard McNamara, Steve Firth, Mickey Dale and Mike Heaton - has praised the outspoken 'Air Balloon' singer for her attitude and acerbic pop songs and believes the charts are a better place now she's back and releasing her first new album in five years, 'Sheezus'.
Danny exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "She's great, the world is better with Lily in it. She writes great pop music and she's not afraid to say what she thinks.
"Her personality is great, people like Lily just speak from the heart about whatever and bugger the consequences. Music is fresher as a result of people like that."
Although he loves Lily, Danny insists he and his Embrace bandmates aren't as eager to attend celebrity parties as she seems to be and aren't bothered about having famous friends.
Danny - who is close pals with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who wrote the song 'Gravity' for Embrace - explained: "We've always stayed clear of that. When we first got signed we got invited to a record company party and there were loads of big names there.
"I remember Steve our bass player was like, 'God, I'm trying to get to the loo and there's a half an hour queue.' Then we sort of realised that actually everyone was queuing up to do cocaine and it just felt really cheap. It's not for us."
The band, who have not released an album since 'This New Day' in 2006, will drop their sixth self-titled record on April 28 and admit they don't even get invited to celebrity bashes any more.
Danny added: "We went to that one party and after that we just said 'no' to everything and people have stopped asking. It's not about that for us, it's about the music."

Tinie Tempah always sips on mint tea backstage before his concerts.
The 'Pass Out' rapper admits his tour rider isn't very rock 'n' roll and although he has a small amount of alcohol in his dressing room, his favourite thing to indulge in before a gig is home-brewed, fresh mint tea.
Quizzed about his concert must-haves, he said: "When I first started out, it was an abundance of sweets, but now it's very practical things. I like a good mint so, I've got fresh mint leaves to make my own tea, which is cool I have popcorn, I love sweet and salted.
"I have scented candles because it gets a bit sweaty in there with all the lads coming off the stage. A nice bottle of champagne to pop if the show goes great, too, and we have a shot of Jack Daniel's or some vodka before the show."
The stylish star was recently spotted with One Direction singer Harry Styles at London Fashion Week and says he always has time to catch up with the group.
Tinie told heat magazine: "It's always good to see Harry. From 'The X Factor' to where 1D have come now, it's a blessing. I'm always very happy for them. I brought them out on my show once and I have a lot of time for Harry and vice versa. We were just ogling models, as you would."

John Legend was given career advice by Prince and Michael Jackson.
The 'All Of Me' hitmaker met the music legends separately but revealed both stars gave him the same advice about taking control of his career.
John exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "[Prince] is a genius. I've met him a few times. We know a lot of the same people in the business and he was signed to Columbia for a time.
"I met him at some of his gigs earlier on in my career, in 2004 or 2005, and I've been to a few of his famous after-parties, after The Grammys.
"He's one of the best performers in the world. I'm star-struck when I talk to him. I just try not to act too nervous around him."
The 35-year-old singer had dinner with late 'Bad' hitmaker Michael at a Formula One event in Bahrain in 2006 and talking about "music and travelling."
John said: "Both he and Prince have had their issues with record labels and they gave me advice about publishing rights and how much to give up.
"It's hard to make those changes when you're in the midst of a contract. As you renegotiate you have to renegotiate based on any power you think you have. It's about who has leverage and taking as much control as you feel you can, while also getting as much cash as you think you should get."

Neneh Cherry quit music because she lost her "balls".
The 'Man Child' hitmaker is releasing a new album, 'Blank Project', following an 18 year hiatus and says she stepped out of the spotlight because she didn't want to become a music industry "puppet".
She said: "I got to a place where I was thinking about things before I did them and questioning how they should be.
"It got bad. I lost my balls and my fun for a minute.
"I thought I either become a puppet or I leave."
Neneh, 50, says it took a family tragedy to bring her back to music.
She explained: "I lost my mother four years ago and I went numb. The only way out for me was through writing. Stuff was happening to me that I couldn't explain in words and music has it's own language."
And the singer is delighted with the resulting album.
She told Britain's Grazia magazine: "We recorded all the tracks live. I feel like I've found something I needed to find again."
