Meghan Markle thinks her ‘hippy dippy’ ways have always been part of her DNA

Meghan Markle thinks her "hippy dippy" tendencies have always been a part of her DNA.
The 35-year-old actress – who is currently dating Britain’s Prince Harry – has revealed she relies on a green juice instead of a cup of coffee as a "pick me up" when she is shooting scenes for the American series ‘Suits’, and the star believes her bohemian ways and love for natural food were instilled in her when she was in the womb.
Speaking in a video clip with Shape.com about her go-to essentials on set, the brunette beauty said: "Definitely a green juice, I mean I think trying to going for a coffee will only end up hurting you at the end, so to get a really good natural source of energy. Something that gets right into your system is a nice pick me up.
"I’m a Californian girl so I think all those hippy dippy things have been in my DNA probably since I was in the womb."
And the star believes making keeping a balanced and healthy lifestyle is vital for anyone working long hours.
She continued: "I think it’s just important to keep a healthy lifestyle, especially when you’re maintaining hours like that just making the right food choices."
Although Meghan has admitted she is an advocate of healthy living, she has admitted she likes to indulge in a portion of chips every so often, although she does try to find more nutritional substitutes or methods of cooking.
She said: "I love fries. But then you find ways to make it healthy, like sweet potato fries or bake them."
