Marvin and Rochelle Humes to host their own Saturday night show

Marvin and Rochelle Humes are to host their own Saturday night show.
The celebrity couple are delighted to have landed their own prime-time series, which has been billed as a modern version of ‘Name That Tune.’
They said: "This is our first standalone show together and the fact it’s a format based on our love of music makes it all the more rewarding.
"We frequently put each other’s knowledge to the test at home, so we cannot wait to see how the contestants get on."
‘Playlisters’ will be a six-part BBC One series that will feature three couples each week competing to win £10,000 by listening to pop songs and naming the title and artists.
The show will play a diverse array of hits – ranging from 60s tunes to current chart numbers.
The original ‘Name That Tune’ was a hit show which ran on ITV for more than a decade. Tom O’Connor presented from 1976 to 1983, and then Lionel Blair took over until the show was axed in 1988.
It was then picked up by Channel 5 in 1997 with Jools Holland hosting, but ended quickly in 1988.
But The BBC have high hopes for the upcoming revival because they believe Marvin and Rochelle’s star power will draw in viewers and keep them hooked.
BBC entertainment boss Kate Phillips said: "I can’t think of a better way to kick off Saturday nights.
"Hosted by the deeply competitive Rochelle and Marvin Humes, it’ll have everyone at home singing along."
Marvin, 33 and his wife Rochelle, 29, were both in successful pop bands, JLS and The Saturdays, before turning towards presenting and have previously co-hosted on ‘This Morning’.
‘Playlisters’ is set to air in 2019.
