Marnie Simpson confirms pregnancy

Marnie Simpson has confirmed she is pregnant.
The ‘Geordie Shore’ star didn’t think she would ever be able to have children because of all her years of "alcohol abuse" from drinking so much while filming the MTV reality show, but she is now expecting a child with boyfriend Casey Johnson.
She said: "Because I’d done ‘Geordie Shore’ I’d convinced myself that I couldn’t have kids because of all the alcohol abuse."
Casey, 23, added: "I don’t think you’re ever ready until it happens, but we’re so excited. It feels amazing."
Marnie, 27 – who is four months pregnant – has also opened up about having an abortion when she was 19, but "doesn’t regret" her decision.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she added: "When I look back I definitely feel I made the right decision. I don’t regret it. I was so young, I didn’t have a job, a driving licence, or any money."
Last September, the couple visited a fertility clinic to check everything was in "working order", admitting she was concerned her heavy drinking may have "done some damage".
She said at the time: "We are thinking about starting a family soon and wanted to make sure we are both able to have kids.
"I’m just a bit worried all those years getting mortal on Geordie Shore may have done some damage."
And earlier in 2018, Marnie admitted she was keen to wait until she was 27 to have a kid, and would love to have a son.
She said: "I think 27 would be a good age. I’ve always wanted a little boy – I think it’s because my family are all girls."
