Mariah Carey set for new Las Vegas residency?

Mariah Carey has reportedly booked a two-year residency at The Venetian hotel in Las Vegas.
According to website The Blast, the 47-year-old singer is set to play concerts at the Venetian Theatre from March 2018 and it will be comprised of several separate runs rather than be a continuously available live show.
It has been claimed that the deal was negotiated by her former manager Stella Bulochnikov and was one of the biggest contracts secured before they parted ways, with Mariah due to earn an eight-figure sum.
Mariah’s previous Las Vegas residency, ‘Number 1 to Infinity’, ran at Caesars Palace from May 6, 2015 until July 18, 2017 and featured all 18 of her American chart topping hits sung in chronological order.
However, the ‘Fantasy’ hitmaker’s show at the Venetian Theatre will be smaller and more intimate than her Caesars Palace show.
Mariah and Stella ended their "day-to-day management" arrangement earlier in November but will continue to work together on other projects.
A statement issued by Bulochnikov read: "After working together for almost three years, Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management.
"During their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey’s new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season. Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov remain partners in a number of business ventures, and will continue to support each other in those endeavours."
