Madonna famously fell out with her filmmaker ex-husband Guy Ritchie over a legal dispute about their son Rocco.
Their 16-year-old boy currently lives with his father in England but the 58-year-old singer has been fighting for him to return to her custody in the United States.
Court hearings failed to resolve the issue and left it to ‘The Man from U.N.C.L.E.’ director and the ‘Like a Virgin’ hitmaker to decide a suitable arrangement between themselves.
The pair planned to trial the workings of a split custody, and will divide the length of time their children spend at the musician’s American abode and Guy’s England home equally.
