Lydia Bright rules out dating for ‘couple of years’

Lydia Bright doesn’t want to start dating for "a couple of years."
The ‘Only Way is Essex’ star dumped her on/off boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent earlier this year after she allegedly caught him doing cocaine at her home and has admitted the heartbreak she’s endured throughout their romance has put her off finding love again.
Speaking to star magazine, she explained: "You can’t rule out falling for somebody else, but I don’t have any intention of being in another relationship for a couple of years."
And, although they’ve been through a number of make ups and break ups over the years, the 26-year-old beauty doesn’t think there’s any chance she and Arg, who have dated on and off since they were children, rekindling their romance in the near future.
She said: "For me, there’s no going back. We’ve been through a lot over the years but I reached my limit the evening we broke up. It has been very difficult, but it’s made me a much stronger person."
Meanwhile, Lydia left the 28-year-old star in floods of tears last week when she told him she didn’t want to talk to him ever again and that she felt it was best they treat each other as "strangers."
And, although she was bombarded with backlash after their tense scene aired on ‘TOWIE’, Lydia feels she’s finally got closure.
She explained: "It was tough because I don’t like to talk about my problems. James and I hadn’t spoken in the three months since we broke up. It was the first time we were face-to-face and I had no choice but to address what had happened … I had to be quite brutal but that’s the only way I could play it."
