Lydia Bright quits TOWIE

Lydia Bright has quit ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
The 27-year-old reality TV star has reportedly decided to turn her back on the ITVBe show that made her famous – again – after she got wind that her on/off ex-boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent had asked to return following his successful stint in rehab.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Lydia’s loved being on ‘TOWIE’ despite the stresses it’s caused in her personal life, particularly when it comes to Arg.
"She was weighing up her future following the end of the last series and with Arg clearly being back in contention, it triggered her decision. She knew he would get a lot of airtime and it’s only natural she would be dragged into possible storylines."
The blonde beauty reportedly told bosses she wanted to take a break from the show so that she can focus on her shop Bella Sorella and other fashion ventures.
The insider explained: "Lydia has loads of TV and fashion projects in the pipeline and leaving ‘TOWIE’ will free her up to concentrate on them. She’ll always been incredibly grateful for the experience."
A spokesperson for Lime Pictures – the production company who produce the show – confirmed the door is being left open for Lydia to make a return in the future.
The statement said: "Lydia has decided to take a break from ‘TOWIE’ and this decision is fully supported by Lime Pictures."
This isn’t the first time Lydia has walked away from the programme as she decided to take a break back in 2013 after she struck up a relationship with Tom Kilbey.
