Luke Trotman will let Siânnise Fudge know he’s "ready to give 100 percent to one person" in tonight’s (28.01.20) ‘Love Island’.
The 22-year-old semi-professional footballer is currently locked in a love triangle between 25-year-old Siannise and 21-year-old Rebecca Gormley, but in scenes set to air on Tuesday, he will tell the beauty consultant that he’s "leaning more towards" her.
Luke pulls Siannise over for a chat after her date with newcomer Wallace Wilson, and tells her: "It’s just bad timing. I was sort of ready to make a decision, just to sort of let Rebecca know that I was leaning more towards you. I’m ready to give 100 per cent to one person."
It remains to be seen how Siannise will react to the news now she’s attracted the attention of Wallace, 24, but Rebecca is less than impressed by the thought of being made "second best".
In the Beach Hut, the model and carer says: "I know what I want and being second best is not what I’ve come in the villa for. I just need to know what the crack is."
Before she later tells Leanne Amaning: "When me and Siânnise spoke, it was all about ‘girl code this, girl code that’ and ‘You should have been straight, if you’d made her aware’. She’s not making me aware about it now … I feel like I’m being taken for a mug."
And life in the villa isn’t smooth sailing for Leanne either, as she comes to realise her romance with 24-year-old police officer Mike Boateng – whom she has been coupled up with since the show began two weeks ago – is getting stale.
The 22-year-old customer services advisor tells Sophie Piper and Jess Gale: "I think I’m going to have to just lock it off with Mike. I think I just have to end it. I feel like I’ve given it time … It’s been two weeks, surely I should like him more than this? I feel like I’ve just got the ick.
"Maybe I shouldn’t have left it this long but genuinely I was trying, I wanted to like him, I wanted to catch feelings, but it’s just not coming. Now I’ve got the ick, everything he does actually annoys me."
