‘Love Island’s Terry Walsh can’t "guarantee" he won’t cheat on his new girlfriend Malin Andersson after her departure.
The 28-year-old hunk dramatically quit the dating show earlier this week after the brunette beauty was given the boot but he has since had a change of heart, returned to the villa and is open to the possibility of romancing someone new.
Explaining why he decided to stay, he told his male co-stars: "It would be different if I was in love with her, but I can’t say that yet. If I’m going to be with her, I’m going to be with her. No girl will come in that I’ll have them feelings for. It’s a test for me and that’s how I’ll look at it I think. If another girl comes in… that’s a route I don’t want to go down. I know I shouldn’t be thinking about that yet but it’s always a possibility isn’t it? And she’s going to have to see if it comes to that. I can’t guarantee nothing, I don’t know…"
Terry is riddled with doubt about his new relationship with Malin because she’s obsessed with his womanising past and doesn’t think she’ll ever be able to let it go.
He explained: "Well, it ain’t been plain sailing. As much as she’s a wicked girl, I still worry that my past is [going to be a problem]. She’s only just stopped talking about it, and that’s because I’ve had to tell her ‘Stop talking about my past.’ "
Meanwhile, news that Terry is willing to get up close and personal with another female in the villa will unlikely sit well with Malin as she was convinced he’d stay faithful.
She said recently: "We both agreed we’re a couple – we both have strong feelings for each other and we were speaking about the outside a lot so he’s a good guy and will remain faithful – hopefully."
