‘Love Island’ winner Amber Gill wants to continue working in a salon.
The beautician took home half of the £50,000 prize when she triumphed alongside Greg O’Shea, but she is still planning to work in her auntie’s establishment, and also hopes to open more businesses.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Amber said: "I’ll definitely keep working with my auntie. We’ll still have the salon, and I’ll build from that – the goal would be opening a few more salons together.
"That was the idea before ‘Love Island’, so hopefully we’ll see what we can do."
Experts claim that both Amber and Greg will be looking to earn £1 million each as fashion firms, food and drink companies, and cosmetic suppliers will rush to collaborate with them.
The 21-year-old star could earn more than £8,000 per sponsored Instagram post as she gained 2.7 million followers during the series.
Amber says her career choices have always been her plan, even before heading into the villa.
During ‘Love Island: Reunion’, the star admitted she would treat herself "a little bit", but still wants to spend her money sensibly.
She said: "I’m going to be sensible with the money. I’ll probably treat myself a little bit, but I’m going to invest and be careful with it."
However, Amber and Greg appear to have missed out on their own potential spin-off show as the idea has reportedly been scrapped this year.
A source recently said: "It’s been a publicity disaster in previous years, when couples split before their show aired or appeared to get back together just as the programmes came out."
