Louise Thompson is taking a break from ‘Made in Chelsea’.
The 28-year-old beauty – who joined the show in 2011 when she was just 21 – wants to enjoy the summer with her friends and family and lead a "regular life" away from the cameras for the next few months.
She said: "I’m not filming this summer because I feel like I’ve missed out these last five years.
"I want to go to festivals and sit by a pool with actual friends who are separate from the show – just live a regular life for a bit."
Though Louise has enjoyed being on the programme, she admitted her antics on camera have caused her to receive "death threats" in the past.
She said: "I used to get floods of Tweets in the early days of ‘MIC’, saying horrible things.
"I’ve even had death threats.
"Someone once threatened me with a picture of a knife, which was really dark."
While she used to be known for her wild partying, Louise – who has been in a relationship with personal trainer Ryan Libbey for two years – insists she lives a much quieter life these days.
She told Closer magazine: "My life is so different now. I go out now and again and have a gin and tonic, but I don’t go crazy like I used to.
"Now I throw big dinner parties, there’s always a focus on food.
"We’ve got an allotment and it’s quite fun. I don’t know whether it will be one of those impulsive things though – I’m already a big bored of being green-fingered, but when it rains I’m thrilled because it waters the plants.
"I do feel so much more wholesome nowadays, but maybe the allotment was taking it to the extreme."
