Louis Walsh becomes agony uncle for new TV show

Louis Walsh is to become an agony uncle for a new TV show.
The ‘X Factor’ judge will join the likes of Rick Edwards, Richard and Chloe Madeley and Ricky Tomlinson, who will all give their two cents on topics ranging from relationships to parenting, for the forthcoming series ‘Celebrity Advice Bureau’.
As a panellist on the ITV talent show he has plenty of experience of handing out advice on singing and mentoring boy bands and it will soon come clear if he can offer the right advice on real life situations.
Laura Jackson, Alice Levine,David Baddiel and Roisin Conaty are also going to help members of the public with their issues on the new three-part series.
The advice that the bureau will dish out will either be helpful tips or completely ridiculous ideas in what looks set to be an extremely comical programme.
It has been commissioned by UKTV’s Deputy Director of Commissioning Hilary Rosen, is being produced by Voltage TV and Chris Little is the producer, while Jon Alwen will executive produce.
It is the first of a number of new shows coming to the W channel including ‘Dancing For the Weekend’, ‘We Have Been Watching’ and a new show from former ‘Embarrassing Bodies’ star Dr. Christian Jessen called ‘Dr Christian Will See You Now’.
UKTV executive producer, Helen Nightingale said of ‘Dancing For the Weekend’: "I’m thrilled to be working with Electric Ray on this exciting new series for W.
"The amazing people we have found will inspire, amuse and enthral with their energy and vigour for the world of amateur dance."
‘Celebrity Advice Bureau’ airs on December 18 on W.
