Loose Women interrupted by peaceful protest

‘Loose Women’ was briefly pulled off air on Wednesday (14.06.16) after three members of the audience crashed the set mid-way through the show.
The live lunchtime panel programme was interrupted when a small group of campaigners from Fathers 4 Justice – a UK based organisation campaigning for the rights of fathers to see their children – struck up a "peaceful protest" during Coleen Nolan’s weight loss segment.
A spokesperson for ITV told BANG Showbiz: "The show was briefly interrupted today by three members of the audience who were making a peaceful protest."
The matter was "swiftly" dealt with after members of the security team bombarded the audience area within minutes and removed the disruptive men from the stands.
The panellists – including Coleen, Ruth Langsford, Jane Moore and Martine McCutcheon – were left fearing for their lives when a member of the audience stood up and screeched, "No kids, no cash."
The gentleman repeated the chant several times before the screen promptly cut to the ‘Loose Women’ logo for seconds while the interruption was swiftly dealt with.
Once the matter was in hand, the cameras moved back to the panel as Coleen attempted to lighten the mood by joking, "Excuse me! Can we get back to me," before the chatty women returned to their discussion about the brunette beauty’s determination to beat the bulge.
