Liv Tyler and her fiancé Dave Gardner have reportedly splashed out £11.25 million on a new home in West London.
The 40-year-old actress and the sports agent – who have been together since 2014 – have acquired a spectacular-looking four-storey townhouse that features seven bedrooms and sees them movie closer to their good friends, David and Victoria Beckham.
The celebrity duo – who have two-year-old son Sailor and 16-month-old daughter Lula – have previously been based in North London, but have now decided to relocate to another area of the city, according to MailOnline.
Liv – who also has son Milo, 11, with her ex-husband Royston Langdon – recently claimed that the decision to extend their family helped to bring her closer to Dave.
The couple have been engaged since September 2015, and Liv admits that their desire to have children has been one of the foundations of their relationship.
She recently said: "We both wanted to have a family and children and a partnership and love.
"Our jobs are high stress and high energy and constantly moving, so it’s really just the family part we’re on the same page about, which is amazing because I know that’s often quite tricky for couples."
Despite this, Liv has also insisted she’s not in any rush to get married.
The Hollywood star claimed she is just "enjoying this stage" of their relationship.
Liv – whose first marriage lasted from 2003 until 2008 – revealed: "It’s so sweet to enjoy this stage of being together. I am not a woman who is obsessed with having a wedding – and because we aren’t married yet, he has to keep asking me. I just say, ‘Maybe.’"
