Little Mix learning to love their bodies

Little Mix are learning to love their bodies despite their insecurities.
The ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ hitmakers – comprised of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall – have often been vocal about their struggles with self-confidence when it comes to their bodies, but have now revealed they’ve started to embrace their figures and no longer want to change things about their appearance.
Jade and Perrie both admitted they have learned to love their breasts, whilst Jesy noted she is now "happy" with her "jiggly bum".
Perrie, 25, said she was shocked to discover her small chest had grown overnight, adding: ‘I was like ‘Oh my god, guys, I’m going to have to wear a bra now’, because I wasn’t wearing a bra because I didn’t have anything in them – it was just an empty hammock!"
Whilst Jade, also 25, noted: "I used to really want a boob job because I used to really hate my boobs because I’ve got like a double A but now I’m like f*** it, I love my boobs!"
Jesy, 27, admitted she "likes everything" about her body "at the moment", but is particularly fond of her bottom.
Speaking to Glamour UK magazine, she said: "I just like everything at the moment, I’m really enjoying myself! You need to embrace it! I don’t care about having a fake bum; I’m just happy with my nice, normal, jiggly bum."
Their newfound confidence comes after they recently revealed they want to make music that empowers people.
Jade said: "We want our songs to empower people, make them feel confident. If anyone’s feeling down, we want our music to make them happy."
Jesy added: "Once, this woman started telling us how she’d just broken up with her boyfriend. Then her friend had sent her our song and it had made her feel much better. That was so nice."
The ‘Black Magic’ singers also want females to stick together and look after one another more.
Perrie said: "Little Mix stand for girl power and sisterhood. We’re girls’ girls. If girls stick together, we’re the strongest force to be reckoned with. That’s why girls should always have each other’s backs …
"I love how strong we are, the strength women have is ridiculous. The things we can do are unreal."
