Liam Payne has been announced as a performer at the MTV European Music Awards 2017.
The One Direction star – who released his latest single ‘Bedroom Floor’ this week – will take to the stage at the prestigious ceremony which takes place at the SSE Arena, Wembley in London on Sunday November 12.
The 24-year-old singer is preparing to release his debut solo album, and he will take to the stage next month as part of a star-studded line-up to celebrate the best of the music industry.
Hip hop trail blazer Travis Scott has also been revealed as a performing artist as well as French Montana.
Clean Bandit are also on the bill and will team up with collaborators Zara Larsson, Sean Paul, Anne-Marie and Julia Michaels for a very special moment.
They join previously announced artists Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato, Camila Cabello, Kesha, The Killers and Stormzy.
This year’s 2017 MTV EMA host Rita Ora will also take to the stage for a performance.
While further announcements will be made in the lead-up to the big night, more presenters have been confirmed.
James Bay, David Guetta and will.i.am have all been added to the list, joining Natalie Dormer, Madison Beer and Sabrina Carpenter.
It comes after Tinie Tempah was confirmed as an ambassador for MTV Music Week in the build-up to the ceremony.
He said: "I’m excited to be an ambassador for MTV Music Week. The London music scene is where I came from and I love seeing it grow, so being an advocate for a celebration for that is great."
