Lena Dunham turned heads on the red carpet for the American Songbook gala on Tuesday (29.05.18).
The ‘Girls’ star was seen wearing a green dress with blue polka dots and pink pointed shoes at the event at the Lincoln Center which honoured HBO chairman and CEO, Richard Pleper.
The 32-year-old actress appeared to be in good spirits despite having a turbulent few months, having recently underwent a hysterectomy following an battling with endometriosis.
