Lawyer Rosie Williams quits job for Love Island

Newly-qualified lawyer Rosie Williams has quit her job to appear on ‘Love Island’.
The part-time model, 26, only qualified as a solicitor in March, but she has already ditched her legal job to appear on the latest series of ITV2’s racy reality show.
She is to join the current crop of stars at the villa later this week as a secret contestant after needing "a change of direction".
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "Rosie ticks all the boxes of a ‘Love Island’ contestant. She’s young, glamorous and up for some fun.
"She quit her job to go on the show, but it’s thought she didn’t tell them why – just that she wanted a change of direction.
"She’s a smart girl and is headstrong and it’s her decision entirely. She will put the cat among the pigeons in there and turn a few heads."
Rosie – who previously dated ‘Ibiza Weekender’ star Jordan Davies – is from Rhondda, South Wales, and previously gushed over her plans to be a lawyer in pictures on Instagram taken when she qualified earlier this year.
With "legally brunette" – a nod to 2001’s ‘Legally Blonde’ – written on top of a cake next to a gavel, she opened up on her "dream".
She wrote: "I left school eight years ago with the dream of becoming a lawyer. If you work hard enough . . . dreams can come true! (sic)"
The fourth series of the show – which is hosted by Caroline Flack – got underway last night (04.06.18).
‘Love Island’ continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
