Love Island’s Laura Anderson "walked out" of the villa three times during her stint on the dating show.
The 29-year-old beauty got so "overwhelmed" on the ITV2 programme, which saw her receive several knockbacks from guys, that she would go to a quiet area and end up puffing on cigarettes calm down.
Asked if she ever felt like quitting the love shack, she said: "Yeah, I walked out three times. I didn’t sleep all night.
"I went to the Beach Hut most of the night, and I smoked 20 cigarettes.
"Loads of stuff happens, and then you’re just stuck there, and you have to chat about it.
"I just got a bit overwhelmed, I think. I was like, ‘I’ve had enough!’ I can’t really remember what it was."
The first time Laura needed some downtime was when Wes Nelson "pied" her "off" when he dumped her after finding a better connection with Megan Barton Hanson.
However, Laura insists that everyone gets to the stage where they need to be alone and the show’s bosses persuade them to stick with it.
She said: "Oh my gosh, yeah. Everyone just has a wobbly.
"It’s like cabin fever. It is a big place, but at one point, there was 20 of us in there."
Laura added how the contestants don’t actually exit the villa when they need time to themselves to put their "emotions" into perspective.
Asked who else left, she said: "You don’t walk out.
"You just go to the front of the villa, to step outside, because that’s where we’d smoke. We weren’t doing it on camera this year.
"So I think everyone that started, from the originals, towards the end, we were all getting a little bit like, ‘This is getting a bit much.’
"When you get in any relationships and you have emotions, and you see your friends are getting upset, then obviously you just need to take a minute to step outside and just not be filmed. That sort of thing.
"I didn’t run down the drive."
Laura and partner Paul Knops finished second on the reality series, which saw Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham crowned winners on Monday (30.07.18).
