Lady Gaga gave every Victoria’s Secret model a "personal rose" after the annual fashion show, according to Lily Aldridge.
The 31-year-old model Lily Aldridge – who gained her angel wings in 2010 – has revealed the 30-year-old singer songwriter, who joined the catwalk icons on stage to perform, waited for the show to end and to be with all of the stars before giving everyone a single rose to congratulate them on their runway appearances.
Speaking to E! News about the special gift, the brunette beauty – who has four-year-old daughter Dixie with her husband and Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill – said: "She waited for each of us to come back after the show and gave us each a personal rose.
"I love you Gaga."
And the fashion muse has revealed the "best part" of the annual show is everything, which goes on off stage with her fellow models, including the "camaraderie" and the dancing.
She explained: "The best part is always just behind the scenes with the girls, and the camaraderie and the friendship and the dancing."
Meanwhile, Lily has revealed she was so overwhelmed with emotion prior to making her debut on the runway for the lingerie giant in 2009, she feared she would burst into tears at any moment, and had to avoid talking to anyone in so she didn’t start weeping.
Speaking previously about Lily, fellow model Jasmine Tookes – who adorned the Fantasy Bra in this year’s show, which took place on Wednesday (30.11.16) in Paris, France – said: "Lily [Aldridge] spoke to me about it. And she was like, ‘Oh my God, this is such an emotional thing.’
"And she told me that during the first VS [Victoria’s Secret] show, the first taping, that she was crying backstage and couldn’t really talk to anybody because she was scared that she was going to cry down the runway. She was like, ‘It’s just overwhelming and such an exciting time, just live it up and take every moment in.’"
