Lacey Turner ‘set for brief EastEnders return’

Lacey Turner is set to return to ‘EastEnders’ for a brief appearance.
The 31-year-old actress – who gave birth to daughter Dusty four weeks ago – is currently on maternity leave from the BBC One soap, but she is expected to make a surprise comeback as Stacey Fowler.
According to Digital Spy, Lacey will be back on the BBC One soap in a few scenes but will then resume her maternity leave.
She is expected to return to the soap full-time at some point.
Stacey and her husband Martin Fowler (James Bye) recently fled Walford after she battered Phil Mitchell with a spanner, leaving him fighting for his life.
Lacey recently revealed she had named her baby Dusty, and she and husband Matt Kay feel grateful for their "miracle" baby after the soap star previously suffered two miscarriages.
She said: "It wasn’t on our original list but we did an internet search for ‘pretty girls’ names’ and we both said it at the same time.
"Dusty’s our little miracle – we call her special K.
"You hear so many horror stories about labour but I feel lucky to be able to say I had a really lovely time.
"I think everything happens for a reason and it does make Dusty being here more special – we’re so lucky to have her in our lives."
The actress went into labour on July 12th, five days before her actual due date, and the couple didn’t know they were having a baby girl.
Matt said: "When she first came out they handed me the baby and asked me to reveal the gender.
"For a second, I thought it was a boy, as I saw the umbilical cord. I thought, go on son. I then cut the umbilical cord, which was surreal."
Lacey had 12 scans while pregnant with Dusty to ensure everything was going well.
She said: "We did have more, as I found it reassuring after losing two babies, but once I felt her kicking I didn’t panic as much and didn’t go as much."
