Kym Marsh is "still recovering" after looking after her grandson for 12 hours.
The former ‘Coronation Street’ star stepped in to babysit nine-month-old Teddy – her daughter Emilie Cunliffe’s son – and she felt "shattered" after half a day taking care of him.
Kym said: "I looked after my grandson Teddy for a 12-hour stretch this week when Emilie went back to work after her maternity leave – and I’m still recovering!
"I can’t have any more children anyway, but if I ever needed something to prove to me that I’m too old to even consider another baby, this was it. I was shattered."
The 43-year-old star had to keep her eyes on Teddy at all times, but the star joked she loves smelling the youngster’s head so much she could spend "all day" doing it.
Writing in her OK! magazine column, she added: "Teddy’s crawling now and has started pulling himself up. I couldn’t take my eyes off him.
"It was lovely to have him all to myself though.
"I could spend all day long smelling his head."
In February 2018, Kym – who also has son David, 24, and eight-year-old daughter Polly – revealed she can no longer have children.
The soap star – whose son Archie died just moments after he was born premature in 2009 – said at the time: "Polly was seven weeks premature but OK and at my six-week check-up the consultant said, ‘Let’s talk about you having more children’ and I told him I didn’t want any more.
"I didn’t want to go through the trauma again because there would never be any guarantee it would be fine.
"And not just for me, but for my children and my parents – everyone suffered.
"I had a procedure to stop all the women’s problems I was having and that means I can no longer have a child. I took that decision five years ago and I made peace with it then. I’ve got three beautiful children and an angel."
