Kylie Jenner’s baby daughter encouraged her to ditch her lip fillers.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has been having injections to plump her pout since she was 16 years old but, since falling pregnant with her little girl Stormi, now five months, last year, she’s decided to embrace her natural features.
A source told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: "She’s more conscious of herself now more than ever. During Kylie’s pregnancy, she wasn’t getting her usual fillers or putting on much makeup. Kylie really fell in love with the natural look, and wanted more of that, so she decided to stop putting filler in her lips.
"Despite the fact that Kylie is a master of branding and has made an almost billion-dollar business off her lips and cosmetics, once Stormi was born, Kylie realised she was a mother first, and that is a big reason she has been sporting the more natural look. Kylie is a master of branding, and she plays with the concept of mother — the more natural look — and her Kylie Cosmetics look, full glam."
The 20-year-old reality TV star revealed she’d turned her back on lip fillers last week when she posted a picture alongside friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, and a fan commented to ask: "She looks like the old Kylie here idk why (sic)"
Kylie replied: "I got rid of all my filler" followed by three worried face emojis.
The brunette beauty admitted that she first became insecure about her lips when she was just 15, after a boy she kissed commented on the size of her pout.
The make-up mogul said: "I had really small lips, and it was, like, one of my first kisses, and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you’d be a good kisser because you have such small lips’. It just really affected me. I didn’t feel desirable or pretty."
