‘Kocktails with Khloé’ was cancelled because of chaos behind the scenes.
Although the ratings for Khloé Kardashian’s talk show on the FYI Network were high, insiders claim the show was axed because there was no agreement on the direction of the show and Khloé, 31, was not popular with staff.
A source told the New York Post: "It was chaos. Nobody agreed with anybody else about what it should be or what direction it should be going."
Another insider added: "Khloé’s used to being on a smash-hit show [‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’] and being able to call the shots. But it’s not like that on a small show . . . Eventually everyone had enough."
Khloé confirmed the cancellation of her show in a series of tweets earlier this week.
She wrote: "Hi my loves. I’ve enjoyed every second of shooting #KocktailswithKhloe … I’m so thankful to the team at @FYI and @pilgrimstudios for their hard work on the show … And to all of my guests who made this such a fun experience. April 20 will be the final episode. But we’re going out with a bang! 😉 …
"Your support each week has meant more to me than you could imagine, and I’ll continue to make time for our weekly chats … There are SO many exciting things coming up for me that I can’t wait to share with you… I’m not going anywhere 🙂 Love you always! XO (sic)"
‘Kocktails with Khloe’ debuted on January 20, 2016.
