Kim Kardashian West works out at six in the morning.
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star tries to squeeze in a daily work out before her two children North, three, and Saint, seven months, are even up and about.
She said: "I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t really ever think that before.
"I thought, ‘Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time."
And the 35-year-old star – who has revealed she has now lost 70 pounds – also opened up about her dieting regime but insists she’s never left feeling hungry.
She added to PEOPLE magazine: "We eat a lot of fish and turkey. It’s a full modified thing. I worked with them in them sending me their snack stuff. And there would be this trail mix with M&M chocolates with peanuts, so there was stuff that makes it you feel like you can live. And not like super restricted to anything.
"I started going to Disneyland and taking my kids and eating Churros and all that really c****y stuff that I love. But then you feel so s**t after you eat it, when you’ve been doing so good."
Meanwhile, Kim previously revealed food doesn’t "excite" her in the way that it did before.
She shared: "I feel like I’ve been so good dieting that nothing excites me the way it did, except for beignets from New Orleans – and powdered sugar doughnuts, which I’m obsessed with.
"My favourite drink … there has gotta be something exciting that I love … I’m not that big on alcohol, but it’s fun and in Paris there is this restaurant called Ferdi and they have this strawberry fruity drink. I think if I could have anything and not worry about the calories, it would be a pina colada with fresh strawberries."
