Kim Kardashian West would "love nothing more" than to have another baby.
The 36-year-old television personality is already mother to three-year-old daughter North and 15-month-old son Saint – both of whom she has with her husband Kanye West – but has admitted the horrific ordeal in which she was tied up and robbed at gunpoint in Paris, France, last year has increased her "urgency" to expand her brood.
She said: "Kanye and I have always talked about having more kids, but after what I went through in Paris, the urgency is even greater. I’d just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that’s safe. And if for some reason I left this earth sooner than I really wanted to, then my kids would have a support system at home so that I know that they would be OK if I wasn’t here."
And the brunette beauty already has the seal of approval from her daughter, who said she would love a little sister to go with the brother she already has.
Speaking on Sunday’s (02.04.17) episode of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, Kim asked North: "I need to ask you a serious, serious, serious question. Do you think mommy and daddy should have one more baby?"
To which North replied: "I want a boy and a girl! That would make me so happy!"
The news comes after it was recently revealed in a teaser trailer for the episode that Kim had undergone surgery on her uterus to "repair this hole" after having previously suffered "really bad deliveries".
She said: "I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I’m going to try to have one more baby. Isn’t that exciting?
"I have to have a surgery on my uterus to kind of repair this hole, so they need to like clean that out and then there’s scar tissue. It will still be a really high-risk pregnancy, just you’d be able to get pregnant.
"Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to conceive again myself. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try."
