Kim Kardashian West didn’t leave her son Saint for "one minute" whilst he was being treated for pneumonia.
The 37-year-old reality star was terrified when her two-year-old son was admitted to hospital last week, and has insisted she was with him for the entirety of his four-day stay, after some critics claimed she had left him to go and party on New Year’s Eve (31.12.17).
Kim says Saint – whom she has with her husband Kanye West – was in hospital from Wednesday (28.12.17) to Saturday (30.12.17), and was home resting by the time the New Year’s Eve celebrations kicked off.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star made the confession after replying to a fan on Twitter who defended the beauty.
The fan wrote: "why do people continuously think KimYe were "partying" New years Eve while saint was at the hospital? Kim & Kanye love their kids so much, so to even THINK they werent around when Saint was sick is really stupid af. Yal love to hate Kim, just to hate her, its dumb at this point! (sic)"
And Kim then replied: "I haven’t heard this BUT lets get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. We were there Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don’t even try me when it comes to my kids (sic)"
Earlier this week, Kim – who also has four-year-old daughter North with her spouse, and is currently expecting her third child via surrogate mother – confirmed her son was "all better" after having been treated for the illness, in which a person’s lungs become inflamed.
Taking to Twitter, Kim shared: "My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thanks every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint (sic)"
