Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner are reportedly "glad" that Kourtney Kardashian has split from Younes Bendjima.
The 39-year-old reality star and Younes, 25, recently decided to end their relationship and the move has apparently pleased Kim and Kris, neither of whom felt like they ever really "clicked" with Younes.
A source said: "Younes clearly was not a fan of the fame, or the TV show – [the family] really had nothing in common with him and didn’t ‘get’ him.
"He’d just be hanging around in the background waiting for Kourtney."
The brunette beauty has kids Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three, with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
And, according to the insider, Kourtney’s family couldn’t help comparing Younes to Scott.
The source told The Sun Online: "They all adored Scott, even with all the trouble he caused, because he was fun. He fitted in with the family, got the laughs, became part of the drama."
Meanwhile, Scott is reportedly "very happy" his former partner has split from Younes.
The reality TV star – who is now in a relationship with Sofia Richie – wasn’t a fan of Younes and is pleased Kourtney has ended their romance.
An insider said: "Scott is very happy Kourtney cut it off with Younes. Although he is happy in his relationship with Sofia, he never liked Younes for Kourtney."
Scott, 35, "truly cares" about the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star, and hopes they can remain on good terms following her break-up.
The source said: "Scott and Kourtney are in a cordial place right now. Scott is always resistant to rock the boat with Kourtney. He truly will always care about her as wants her to be happy. Everything is always better for the kids’ sake, when they are in a good place."
