Khloe Kardashian’s reason for divorce

Khloe Kardashian reportedly filed for divorce again from Lamar Odom because she wants to have children.
The 31-year-old reality TV star called off divorce proceedings last year in order to care for Lamar during his rehabilitation after a collapse at a brothel in Nevada but she has now told him that she needs to end their marriage so that she can move on and start a family of her own in the future, TMZ reports.
Lamar gave Khloe his blessing and the pair have agreed to remain friends, with Khloe promising she will be there for her ex whenever he needs her.
In the new papers which she filed this week, Khloe has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split and even drafted in Laura Wasser, who is currently representing Johnny Depp in his divorce, to help deal with her case.
The curvaceous TV star and the retired sportsman do not have a pre-nup and they have already reached an agreement about their properties, meaning they must now wait six months for the divorce to be legally finalised in the state of California.
The news comes shortly after Khloe insisted she does not believe in divorce, but feels confident that she kept her vows to Lamar, who cheated on her with multiple women.
She said: "It was a challenge for me when I decided to get divorced. At my core, I don’t believe in divorce, but I came to a point in my marriage where I had to make the choice to take care of my own mental and emotional well-being in order to protect myself and my happiness. I am at peace with that decision and do feel like I honoured my vows to the very end."
Khloe said she kept her vows and is happy that she was able to care for Lamar while he was ill.
She shared: "I feel that I kept the serious vows I made in front of God with every inch of my heart, which is why I am still honouring them today even though my relationship with my ex-husband is in a different place.
"I believe in caring for my partner – past or present – ‘in sickness and in health,’ and feel at peace with my relationship with God even after the fact. I’m thankful that I can rely on my God, who, along with my family, has led me through some of the most difficult times of my life."
