Kevin Hart: I’m an open book on social media

Kevin Hart’s life is an "open book" on social media.
The 37-year-old actor-and-singer is thankful for how he is able to promote his work on apps like Twitter and Instagram, whether it is "good or bad", and he hopes sharing parts of his life with his 30.7 million followers will inspire others.
In an interview with Complex magazine, he said: "I love what social media has done for our generation. My life is an open book, good and bad.
"From the time that I wake up and for the amount of energy I put into my craft.
"From the goals that I set to checking them off, I allow people to see what goes into it. So then they can either be inspired or motivated or simply say, ‘I respect that guy.’"
Meanwhile, Kevin has also admitted he doesn’t know what he’ll do next to better his career as a stand-up comedian next after his new stand-up special ‘Kevin Hart: What Now?’ hit stadiums.
He told Men’s Fitness magazine: "Every time you achieving something people always say, ‘What now?’ and that is what my stand-up film was about.
"I’ve always answered that question by outdoing what I did before and in this case going from arenas to stadiums was my answer to the questions of, ‘What now?’
"I went up there pretty big and I don’t know where I am going to go after this."
The hunky ‘Central Intelligence’ star – who has 11-year-old daughter Heaven and eight-year-old son Hendrix, with his ex-wife Torrei – also spoke of how important it is to "live your life to the fullest".
Kevin – who recently tied the knot with his wife Eniko – said: "You get one life you can take this opportunity to live it to its fullest and really put yourself in the best position possible to be on this earth for as long as possible, or you can help death.
"You can help death, heart attacks are real, high blood pressure is real. The diseases and discomfort that come with not looking after yourself are real."
