Kevin Hart’s "old age" is turning him into a bad superhero.
The ‘Central Intelligence’ star says half his hair is starting to go naturally grey and he is beginning to look like "this weird villain that didn’t make it to Marvel".
He told Entertainment Tonight: "I’m turning into Morgan Freeman. I don’t know what’s going on. I think my older age is just going straight to my hair … It’s weird because only half of it goes grey, so it’s like I turn into this weird villain that didn’t make it to Marvel.
"I have to dye it to black, [but] only when I have events. Other than that I don’t care. It is what it is."
Whilst the 36-year-old actor is embracing his "old age", he admits things were more difficult when he was younger as he faced a "world of rejection" before making it in Hollywood.
He said: "I’ve been doing stand-up since I was 18; I’m 36 now. I went through a world of rejection. My last four years have been the hot years. I’m more than capable of handling any level of success because I’ve handled the ultimate levels of failure. So now that I’m here, I’m motivated to stay here because I don’t want to go back to where I was …
"None of this acting stuff happens without stand-up comedy. If I turn my back on that, I feel like I’m doing a disservice to my fans. I love the fact that I have the ability to say ‘no’ to certain things because of how strong this stand-up is. Regardless of the success of all these films, I’m never going to stop doing it. Even if I don’t do it on the scale I’m doing it now – arenas and stadiums – I’ll go and do comedy clubs."
