Kerry Katona has had to secure her Instagram account after it was hacked on Monday (06.03.17).
The Atomic Kitten singer was locked out of her own page on the photo-sharing website after somebody gained access to it and changed the password.
Kerry took to Twitter to reveal she had been the victim of the cyber-attack, tweeting to her 487,000 followers: "Morning all … sorry to say but my Instagram account has been hacked!!!!!!!! And they’ve logged me out and changed my password! (sic)"
At first, Kerry thought she would have to delete her recently created account, but once she reclaimed control she posted a selfie of herself lying in bed with a glum face along with the caption: "The morning after you’ve found out you’ve been hacked!!!! (sic)"
Kerry has encountered a lot of problems since she opened her new Instagram account at the end of February.
At first the 36-year-old blonde beauty star couldn’t work out how to use the platform properly and then she was blocked after she followed too many people in one go.
So far, Kerry – who has five children, Molly, 15, and Lily-Sue, 14, her daughters with Brian McFadden, Heidi, 10, and Maxwell, nine, her kids with Mark Croft, and two-year-old daughter Dylan-Jorge Rose with husband George Kay – has managed to attract 12,900 followers to her page.
