Kendra Wilkinson is joining the new season of ‘Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition’.
The former Playboy bunny will star in the ‘Marriage Boot Camp’ spin-off on WE tv with her mother Patti Wilkinson as they work on their relationship with some help from therapists Dr. Ish Major and Dr. Venus Nicolino.
Fans of Kendra will be surprised to see her mother taking part in the reality TV show after Patti previously reportedly tried to legally block her from talking about their relationship on Kendra’s reality series ‘Kendra On Top’.
After Kendra called her a "sadistic abuser" in 2015, a source explained: "Patti is looking to get an attorney not to sue for badmouthing her, but serve Kendra with a cease and desist to get Kendra to just stop talking about her altogether. She’s not looking for monetary [compensation] – she just wants it to stop.
"For Kendra to say the cruel and hurtful things she is saying about her mother [is unfair], they are not true. She’s trying to make her mom sound like this villain, but Patti is not this nasty person."
The former Playboy model fell out with Patti in 2014 when she decided to repair her relationship with her father and to stick by husband Hank Baskett after he was accused of cheating on her with a transsexual model.
Kendra also revealed in a clip for the show that she attempted suicide twice as a teenager and blamed Patti for most of her emotional issues.
Kendra and Patti will not be the only family working through their issues on the show, with ‘Teen Mom’ star Farrah Abraham and her parents, Michael and Debra Abraham, joining them, alongside Jersey Shore’s Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his brothers Marc and Frank Jr. Sorrentino.
