Kelly Osbourne put on a colourful display whilst spotted in New York on Monday (08.08.16).
The 31-year-old beauty looked sublime in an oversized floral skirt with printed stunning red, yellow and purple flowers.
The purple-haired star had rocked a top bun and finished the ultra summer look with a black bomber jacket.
And if it wasn’t already cool enough, she was holding her mum’s cute little dog, Bella.
