Katy Perry: I can’t stand the drive to Orlando’s house

Katy Perry hates how far Orlando Bloom lives from her.
The 31-year-old singer admitted that whilst she loves almost everything about her boyfriend, she can’t stand how long it takes to drive from her place in Los Angeles to his home in Malibu.
Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily, she said: "My boyfriend lives in Malibu and getting used to that [drive] was, like, ‘Are you kidding me? What kind of life is this?’ There’s no pop-over and I never really got used to Malibu ’cause it’s halfway to [my hometown of] Santa Barbara, so I’m always just going to Santa Barbara then. I get the whole coming to LA and living by the beach thing. But it’s really … it’s so far, nobody [who lives in town] is going to come see you."
However, it doesn’t look as though the pop star will need to travel all that much to see the ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ star as she’s all but moved in to his place already.
A source shared: "Katy is pretty much living with Orlando at his place in Malibu. She’s got her own closet and even her own bathroom. The only thing missing are her cats, she can’t bring them because Orlando has dogs and they don’t get along. She still has her place in Hollywood, but she’s hardly ever there."
The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star calls Malibu his home as he believed it would be a better place to raise his five-year-old son Flynn, whom he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
Speaking previously, Miranda said: "Orlando owned a place in Malibu and he was saying that he wanted to move here. We thought it would be a better lifestyle for Flynn. He could be outside playing year-round, playing in the sand. We could have a garden."
