Katie Price has reportedly signed up to ‘Celebrity Haunted Mansion Live’.
The 39-year-old former glamour model has become the first contestant to agree to take part in the creepy show, which will see all-star teams set up home in a mysteriously unfinished gothic estate, as she’ll be forced to come face-to-face with some mind-boggling paranormal activity, according to the Daily Star newspaper.
No other celebrity names have been attached to the spookfest, which will air next month on the W channel, but Christine Lampard and Matt Richardson will present.
Meanwhile, Katie is certainly no stranger to ghost hunting as she invited Lee Roberts, one of the UK’s leading paranormal investigators, to her house recently.
Speaking to The Sun Online, Lee said: "Katie is very much into ghost-hunting and the paranormal and we have been messaging for a couple of months on Twitter. So we just wanted to explore it a little more. I’ve just been showing her the ropes.
"It was not so much an investigation [at her house] – it was a look at the experiments we would conduct, what equipment we could use.
"She’s had in the past things that were moving – the family has seen shadows… [I was] showing her how to use the equipment. We were using it to see if it was picking up anything – she’s had bits and bobs [of paranormal activity] over the years."
The ‘Loose Women’ panellist is also used to sharing her home with eerie figures as she admitted last year that she had to call a medium in to get rid of some spirits.
She explained at the time: "Most of my houses are haunted. When I’ve had mediums rounds they say it’s me. I have an aura around me…
"We had it cleared because it was haunted and we had to get rid of the ghosts. The kids would sometimes scream in the night.
"On one occasion I heard [son] Junior screaming, ‘Help, help,’ in the middle of the night and I went up to see him and he said he’d seen someone outside."
