Karla Souza gives birth to daughter

Karla Souza has given birth to a baby girl.
The ‘How to Get Away with Murder’ actress had managed to keep her pregnancy under wraps, but on Thursday evening (19.04.18) she took to Instagram to reveal she was expecting, and then minutes later shared a picture of her newborn baby, Gianna.
In the first post, which showed the 32-year-old star sitting down in a concrete tunnel with her hand placed on her baby bump, she wrote: "So I have something to share with you guys Tengo algo que compartirles (sic)"
With fans left in shock that she was pregnant, she surprised them even more minutes later when she shared a snap of herself with her little one lying on her chest.
She wrote: "God blessed us Dios nos bendijo. (sic)"
In a post on her Instagram Stories, she described the last nine months as a "miracle", and wrote: "We welcome our healthy baby girl Gianna, and we couldn’t feel more blessed in this moment."
Karla had some practice at being pregnant because her ‘How to Get Away with Murder’ character Laurel Castillo was also expecting.
The brunette star got engaged to Marshall Trenkmann in December 2013 and they tied the knot in a secret ceremony just five months later.
In February, Karla claimed she had been raped by a director, whose name she did not disclose, during a one-month shoot in Mexico in an early part of her career.
Speaking about the filmmaker’s "total abuse of power", she said: "He knocked at my door saying he wanted to go over some scenes and I thought, ‘It’s 2 am, it’s not appropriate and it’s something that shouldn’t be happening.’ "
She claims the helmer knocked on her door again but she refused to open it and paid a price on set the next day.
Karla explained: "The next day he decided not to shoot my scene and then he suddenly started to humiliate me in front of the others on the set."
She eventually decided to "give in" to the director after a month of harassment, and alleges he "violently" attacked her.
Karla added: "I ended up giving in to him [to let him] kiss me, to touch me in ways I did not want him to touch me and in one of those instances, he attacked me violently and yes, he raped me."
