Kaiser Chiefs have announced a 2017 UK tour.
The ‘I Predict A Riot’ hitmakers will head out in support of their eagerly-anticipated sixth studio LP ‘Stay Together’, which will be released on October 7.
Announcing the news on Twitter, they wrote: "We’re going on a huge UK tour in February & March 2017! Tickets on general sale Friday 26th August (sic)"
The indie rockers – comprised of Ricky Wilson, Andrew White, Simon Rix, Nick Barnes and Vijay Mistry – will perform at London’s The O2 on March 1 and will finish in their hometown of Leeds, Yorkshire on March 4.
They’ve also announced the second single from their forthcoming album is ‘Hole In My Soul’.
The band debuted the song at their recent performance at Boardmasters festival in Cornwall.
Introducing the song, he said: "If you don’t like it you are wrong."
The song follows ‘Parachute’ which was produced by Girls Aloud hitmaker Brian Higgins.
Talking about how the legendary producer influenced their new direction, frontman Ricky, 38, said: "Brian brought a very different approach to song writing and recording, it was a steep learning curve but together we tried out new ideas and sounds and ended up with a new and fresh sounding Kaiser Chiefs album. Like no Kaiser Chiefs record you have heard before."
‘Stay Together’ is the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Education, Education, Education & War’.
