Kacey Ainsworth has "talked about" an ‘EastEnders’ return.
The 50-year-old actress is keen to reprise her role as ‘Little’ Mo Mitchell on the BBC One soap, and she is interested to find out what her alter-ego – who was last seen in Albert Square in 2006 – has been up to since she departed Walford.
She said: "We have talked about a return.
"I am interested in what they think might have happened to Mo in this time, and the Slaters were such a fun family to be part of.
"It’s just at the moment it’s been completely nutty and continuing to be that way."
While Kacey may well be turning up in Albert Square soon, she isn’t likely to be rocking up in the Australian jungle for ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ or on the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ dancefloor, because she doesn’t ever want to do any reality TV for fear of missing out on acting work.
Speaking at the Gold Movie Awards, she told The Sun’s Bizarre TV column: "You can’t do any of those reality shows because you then put yourself into a completely different bracket, you put yourself into ‘reality star’ which means you won’t get acting work.
"They want to see actors act, not necessarily see them trading off a character you played."
Kacey recently admitted she would love to head back to Walford to snog Danny Dyer, who plays Mick Carter.
She said: "I think I’ll have to have a rider. I’ll only go back if I can get behind the bar of the Queen Vic and snog Danny Dyer."
But Kacey recently admitted she hasn’t had time to step foot in Albert Square again because she has been "so busy" shooting detective drama ‘Grantchester’, in which she portrays Cathy Keating.
