Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are selling their New York penthouse.
The couple – who married in 2012 and have two-year-old son Silas together – have put their lavish apartment in New York City’s Soho district on the market for almost $8 million, according to real estate company Stribling.
The company lists the property – which comes with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms – for $7,995,000, and according to the description, the lavish pad comes complete with 10-foot tall ceilings, a gas fireplace, custom wood paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows.
According to the realtors, the penthouse has stunning views of the city’s skyline across its 2,598 square foot space, and is made up of seven rooms, one of which – according to photos on the website – is big enough to house one of 37-year-old musician Justin’s grand pianos.
The property is part of an apartment building which also comes with communal art gym and fitness centre, as well as a common garden.
Part of the description on Stribling’s website reads: "A 24 hour doorman and concierge, parking garage attached including private entrance to the building, state of the art gym/fitness center, common garden, live in super and alternative entrance on Wooster Street give you some of the finest amenities in New York City. Available exclusively for private appointment showings."
Justin and Jessica’s decision to sell their New York penthouse comes as they spend most of their time in California, and sources recently revealed they are looking to add another member to their family.
An insider said: "It’s ‘when’ not ‘if’ they’ll be adding to their family. They’ve always wanted another kid, but they waited until things got better. Now they are trying, hoping for a girl."
Meanwhile, the ‘Say Something’ hitmaker previously said he would love to have "as many kids" as he can with the 36-year-old actress.
He said: "I want to have as many kids as we can, if I’m being honest. I’ve never felt more inept my life. You wake up and all of a sudden there’s this human being you’re responsible for."
