Josie Gibson says her anxiety has "gone through the roof" since giving birth.
The 33-year-old reality star welcomed her son, Reggie-James, who is six weeks old, into the world last month, and she admits it is the "hardest job" she has ever done, which includes being a shoe shiner.
She said: "I tell you what it’s the best feeling in the world. I’ve never been a baby person. It’s like a knockout love, nothing compares to it but it sort of changes when you don’t sleep for six weeks.
"It sort of changes when you don’t sleep for six weeks and he was premature but any mums and dads out there well done because it is the hardest job ever …. and I’ve been a shoe shiner.
"Your anxiety goes through the roof and it was terrible the other day, someone came round who’s friends with my partner and I caught myself … I had a good sniff of him."
Josie says a "vigorous dance-off" between her and The Only Way is Essex’s Debbie Bright caused her waters to break.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she explained: "It always happens to me. My friends had me this amazing baby shower, they had entertainers.
"Debbie [Lydia Bright’s mum] have got this ritual, every time we see each other we have a dance-off.
"Last time she won so I wanted to see if I still had it so I went crazy and I dropped down to the floor, I slutdropped and as I slutdropped, he [the baby] was up here and he just went right down and his head was in my womb."
The ‘Loose Women’ panel quickly replied: "So your waters broke?"
Josie added: "Well sort of, I went to the toilet and I said, ‘I’m either really sweaty or my waters broke.’ And Debbie said, ‘Don’t worry, it’s hot in here, keep going love,’ so I stayed up and kept dancing."
