Josie Gibson feels ‘desperate’

Josie Gibson thinks she comes across as "desperate" to men.
The 32-year-old reality TV star was left heartbroken earlier this year when she found out her boyfriend had been cheating on her throughout their brief six-week relationship and has admitted she thinks she’s struggling to bag herself a decent guy because they smell her eagerness.
She explained: "I think my issue is now that I come across as too desperate. I’m 32 now and I’m at that age where you want your own family and that fairytale ending.
"I’m so single, it’s depressing – but I pick the wrong people. I need to find someone nice to settle down with. You’ve got to kiss a few frogs on the way, I suppose!"
The former ‘The Jump’ contestant has even had a stab at online dating but has decided she’s going to stick to the tradition way of finding love after being snubbed numerous times on the web.
She told Closer magazine: "I’m not a fan of online dating. Someone matched with me on Plenty of Fish and wrote: ‘Oh you’re disgusting. You’re just using Josie Gibson’s profile picture!’ I told him it really was me but he thought I was lying and stopped messaging me. I’ve come off all apps like Tinder and Bumble now. I’ve realised they’re just playing a numbers game and it’s not genuine. Someone will match with you because they like the look of you or because they’re looking for a hook up.
"I want to meet someone the natural way and find something meaningful, and I want to know I get on with them in person before I pursue anything else."
