Jonathan Cheban is "sickened" by ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ being cancelled.
The reality TV star last just days in the famous house back in 2016 before walking out, but he’s insisted he always had a lot of love for the Channel 5 show before it was axed in September last year.
Speaking to Digital Spy, he said: "It doesn’t matter [that I walked out], I thought ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ was amazing and I’m a huge fan of the show.
"I’m devastated [it’s been axed]. The fact I was in the UK and I couldn’t watch it… This is usually when it’s on. I run home every night to watch it.
"The fact that it’s not on is sickening to me. I can’t believe they would cancel ‘Big Brother’! It’s like an institution!"
Jonathan revealed while he was offered a "very generous" sum to appear on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ at the time, but instead decided to go with ‘CBB’.
The businessman – who is also close friends with Kim Kardashian West – suggested the programme needs a "revamp" of sorts, but added he hopes another channel "pick it up" to continue its legacy.
He said: "They should have revamped the show in a cool way. I didn’t like how they did the two bedrooms thing – I think that killed the whole thing.
"I hope another network will pick it up. I used to watch it on my computer. I don’t even turn a computer on all year unless it’s to watch ‘Celebrity Big Brother!’ "
