Jonas Blue wants to work with Harry Styles.
The ‘Perfect Strangers’ hitmaker – real name Guy Robin – believes he could make a guaranteed smash single with the One Direction heartthrob and introduce him to an EDM sound.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, he said: "I’d work with the One Direction guys as long as it was right. Maybe I’ll work with Harry Styles a few singles down the line."
Also on Guy’s wish list of collaborators is Sia, David Guetta and
Swedish songwriter Max Martin – whose hits include Britney Spears’ ‘…Baby One More Time’, Katy Perry’s ‘I Kissed a Girl’ and Taylor Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ which he co-wrote.
He added: "Sia has got an amazing voice and I’ve seen David Guetta in the studio working. I’d love to make a record with him. We both do Pacha and he needs complete peace and quiet before his shows for 20 minutes. I’m the opposite, I’m a bag of nerves after.
"I love Max, if I met him he’s the only person I would faint in front of, or cry. My favourite songs by him are Britney’s ‘Crazy’ and Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Since You’ve Been Gone.’
"I’ve been trying to get those 90s Max Martin synths into my songs for a year."
However, Guy – whose tropical house remix of ‘Tracy Chapman’s ‘Fast Car’ is one of the biggest global hits of 2016 – isn’t a fan of ‘Send My Love (To Your New Lover)’ which he co-wrote with Adele for her third album ’25’.
He admitted: "I wasn’t all that into what he did on the Adele album though."
