Johnny Depp is keeping himself to himself amid allegations he abused his estranged wife Amber Heard.
The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star is currently on tour with The Hollywood Vampires – which also includes Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Matt Sorum – in Europe and his staff have been banned from talking to anyone about the allegations made against Johnny.
One crew member said: "He is always keeping to himself. Ordering room service and never spends time with the band."
Whilst another added to the Mail Online: "We have all been told not to talk about Johnny for obvious reasons. He is under a lot of stress at the moment and talk about him might affect the band."
Eight security guards looked after the 52-year-old actor as he touched down in Sweden and check into a suite, which costs £8,000 a night, at one of Stockholm’s best hotels.
A member of the team was heard saying: "We’ve got to protect Johnny at all costs."
Meanwhile, Amber’s lawyers are claiming they have now been forced to make a statement to police but initially weren’t going to as they wanted to "protect her privacy and Johnny’s career".
In a statement, they said: "As the result of Amber’s decision to decline giving an initial statement to the LAPD, her silence has been used against her by Johnny’s team. Amber did not provide a statement to the LAPD in an attempt to protect her privacy and Johnny’s career.
"Johnny’s team has forced Amber to give a statement to the LAPD to set the record straight as to the true facts, as she cannot continue to leave herself open to the vicious false and malicious allegations that have infected the media. Amber has suffered through years of physical and psychological abuse at the hands of Johnny."
Amber Heard has been granted a restraining order against Johnny after she claimed he hit her with his iPhone.
