Jimmy Kimmel’s daughter crashed his interview with Entertainment Tonight.
The 49-year-old American chat show host was in the midst of discussing his three-month-old son Billy’s welfare, which saw him undergo heart surgery shortly after being born, but his three-year-old daughter Jane wanted in on the attention and decided to take part in the conversation.
Speaking about his youngest child – who he has with his wife Molly McNearney – at Clayton Kershaw’s Fifth Annual Ping Pong 4 Purpose Celebrity Tournament, which took place at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Thursday (27.07.17), he said: "We’re very grateful for everyone’s kindness. He’s doing really great and we’re all very happy about that."
When asked about the youngster Jimmy was cradling in his arms, he pretended he did not know her and jokingly urged anyone who had lost the curly haired child to call the authorities.
He quipped: "I found her in the parking lot. If anyone knows who this child is, please call the authorities."
But the focus swiftly focused on the child, who was quizzed about her personal details.
When asked what her name is, she said: "Jane" with a coy smile.
To which the ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ host scoffed: "Jane. She says her name is Jane."
And when asked if she was a royal figure who ruled the Kimmel household, she instantly agreed.
However, Jimmy – who also has 16-year-old Katie, 16, and 23-year-old son Kevin, 23, – has likened Jane as "more of a tyrannical leader" than a princess.
He said: "She’s more of a tyrannical leader."
But this is not the first time Jane has taken the spotlight, as Jimmy previously showed a video of his daughter confessing her love for ‘Game of Thrones’ hunk Kit Harington to the dark-haired hunk, much to his amusement.
