Jeremy Piven has been accused of sexual misconduct by a third woman.
Tiffany Bacon Sourby has come forward to allege the former ‘Entourage’ star sexually assaulted her, weeks after Playboy Playmate Ariane Bellamar accused the actor of groping her and ‘Longmire’ actress Cassidy Freeman slammed his "predatory behaviour" without going into specific detail.
Advertising executive Tiffany, who is based in Washington, D.C., claimed she met the 52-year-old actor in a club in New York City in October 2003, where he was "very nice" and invited her to join him as his guest on ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien’ the following day.
"Nothing happened" the night they met, but when she visited him at around 11am at the Trump International Hotel & Tower, where he was staying, Tiffany alleged things took a darker turn.
She recalled: "I was sitting right next to him on the couch. We were talking for about five minutes and he said he was waiting for his [publicist] to come with us…
"[Suddenly] he jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off and he forced me to the ground."
Tiffany – who remained clothed for the 15 minutes she was in Piven’s suite – claimed the ‘Mr. Selfridge’ star then exposed his genitals and began rubbing them against her body while he "held down her hands".
Afterwards, she hailed a cab and "cried the entire way back" to her hotel, speaking to a friend to tell them what happened.
According to People magazine, the unnamed pal corroborated her version of events to them.
The advertising executive has since married and became a mother and "never thought about saying anything" about the alleged incident until she saw Piven’s denial of Ariane’s account.
She said: "It couldn’t have just happened to me and couldn’t have just happened to her."
The ‘Old School’ actor has denied Tiffany’s claims, while his representative said he is considering legal action.
He told People in a statement: "Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this."
And his spokesperson said that if he were to take a polygraph test it "would have clearly proven this allegation to be entirely fabricated, a complete lie. He’s now looking at legal options."
