Jennifer Lopez’s life balance

Jennifer Lopez works hard to balance her family life and her career.
The ‘Boy Next Door’ star always makes a conscious effort to make time to see her two children – Max and Emme, both eight – despite how busy she is.
She told Entertainment Tonight: "I have to see them, because if I don’t see them and they don’t see me, then it’s not happiness. Like this morning, I had to work out, then I sit down and I have lunch with them before I come over here and then I go, ‘You know what? Since we’re shooting all the way through, I’ll have the kids come over at 6:30. They can bring me dinner because we had some leftovers.’ Every day is like that!"
Meanwhile, the 46-year-old singer and actress previously revealed she also puts 40 minutes aside each day to meditate.
She shared: "Last year, I was doing all three things at that time. I took on meditation … 20 minutes a day in the morning and at night … was necessary. It was almost like my brain, for the first time in my life, felt like ‘Okay, you bit off more than you can chew.’
"I’ve always been a hard worker. To be at a point in my career where I’ve been in it for 20-something years and be getting the opportunities and me having a moment … where I get to, as an artist, do all the things that I love to do still and on the level that I’m doing them, all of it feels like such a blessing."
