Jared Leto has kept Joker traits

Jared Leto has admitted it has "taken a little bit" to shake off The Joker after ‘Suicide Squad’.
The 44-year-old actor decided to take a method acting approach to portraying the supervillain throughout the shoot and he has found it a little tricky to let the crazed DC Comics character go as there were certain personality traits he admired.
Jared confessed: "There’s a lot I love about The Joker, so I’m happy if there’s still some parts of him somewhere, especially his sense of humour and spontaneity. It takes a little bit to shake him off."
It has been well-documented that Leto sent bizarre gifts of live rats, sex toys and used condoms to his co-stars, but he is adamant nobody was grossed out by his "fun game".
Speaking to movie website HeyUGuys, he said: "The giving of the gifts was like a fun game. It’s kind of like real life you have to think, ‘What do I get them?’ ‘What do they like?’, and, ‘Have we done anything in the past?’ That would make me think of a good gift for them."
He’s also convinced that it was helpful in helping him bring some reality to his villainous character.
Jared said: "So then you start to have this dialogue with yourself about the relationship you have with these characters, which in the beginning was really helpful. It helps build some reality, creates some dialogue with the other actors … I don’t embarrass very easily. I think as an actor you throw your shame out the window a long time ago."
